When you host your wedding at the Milwaukee Art Museum, you have access to the entire Quadracci Pavilion, including Windhover Hall, Lubar Auditorium, Baumgartner Terrace, and both gallerias. Ceremonies and receptions may be hosted any time between 5:30 p.m. and midnight, after the Museum is closed to the public.

The iconic, Santiago Calatrava–designed building addition includes a grand hall, two smaller meeting rooms, an auditorium, and two long gallerias. Reserve the entire pavilion, or rent one of the smaller spaces within it.
The Museum Café is both the Museum’s daily dining spot and a desirable rental space, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a lakeside view.
With stunning architectural details, the Museum’s two gallerias are great venues for holiday parties, banquets, small exhibitions, fundraising receptions, and even fashion shows.
Located on the building’s south end, this spacious outdoor terrace features views of the Museum’s iconic exterior, the Cudahy Gardens, Lake Michigan, and downtown Milwaukee.
The Museum’s on-site auditorium offers an elegant audio-visual experience, as well as comfortable, tiered seating for up to 265 guests.
The illustrious, grand reception hall, located within the Quadracci Pavilion, is the Museum’s single largest rental space.

The Milwaukee Art Museum reviews all filming/photography requests on a case-by-case basis. A review of requests for the Museum to be featured in advertising commercials depends on the nature of the product and context. Personal Photography Requests
(Wedding, engagement, senior, family, pregnancy)
For interior photo shoots, rates are $500 for a thirty-minute session or $1,000 for a two-hour session. To schedule your personal photo shoot, contact the sales and events manager at firstname.lastname@example.org. For exterior photo shoots, no forms or fees are required. However, the Museum asks that you please not interfere with any outdoor events hosted on the campus or block any building entrances. Exterior photo sessions are not permitted while a Milwaukee Art Museum wedding is underway.

- Security fee: This cost depends on the number of guests, the time frame of the event, and parking needs.
- Parking: The Museum’s underground parking garage has 98 spaces available, at a rate of $8 per car. This fee can be paid by the host in advance or billed to individual guests upon exit. Valet parking is also available, at an additional cost.
