Guest Gallery Talk: “The Shakers”

Join Reggie Wilson, artistic director of Fist & Heel Performance Group, and Ivy Wilson, Associate Professor of English at Yale, for a one-hour gallery talk for The Shakers: A World in the Making exploring the Shaker values of equality, community, and labor through the Black Shaker experience.

The Shakers: A World in the Making is organized by the Milwaukee Art Museum, the Vitra Design Museum, the Institute of Contemporary Art Philadelphia, and the Wüstenrot Foundation, in collaboration with Shaker Museum, Chatham, New York.
