Wander the galleries and ease into the weekend with live music and a bar in Windhover Hall and a special Lakeside Lounge on the Baumgartner Terrace (weather permitting), opening at 5 p.m., generously presented by Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. Enjoy the Museum’s lakeside views, sip summer-inspired cocktails, and mix and mingle before exploring three featured exhibitions: Gertrude Abercrombie: The Whole World Is a Mystery, Currents 40: Widline Cadet, and Seeking Revelation: German Romantic Prints and Drawings.
A special drop-in tour will begin at 6:15 p.m. Join the tour in Windhover Hall, near the Museum’s main entrance and admissions desk.
Admission for Thursday Nights at MAM is pay-what-you-wish. A Museum ticket is needed to enter the exhibitions and collection galleries. Get yours at the admissions desk when you arrive—the amount you pay is up to you.
