Welcome Sarah Thornton, author of Seven Days in the Art World, for an engaging conversation with Lisa Sutcliffe, curator of photography and media arts. Thornton was once the chief writer on contemporary art for the Economist, and the Washington Post labeled her the “Jane Goodall of the art world.” Her recent book, 33 Artists in 3 Acts, was described as “a vivid and entertaining read” by the Guardian. With wit and candor, Thornton will guide us through the art ecosystem, looking at the relations between collectors, dealers, curators, and artists.
