Slow Art Saturday is an invitation to slow down and be present. Join Amy Kirschke, Barbara Brown Lee Chief Learning & Engagement Officer, in The Shakers: A World in the Making for a one-hour experience focused on a single work of art. Through guided observation and conversation, participants will explore one artwork in depth while practicing mindfulness and reflection.
The Shakers: A World in the Making is organized by the Milwaukee Art Museum, the Vitra Design Museum, the Institute of Contemporary Art Philadelphia, and the Wüstenrot Foundation, in collaboration with Shaker Museum, Chatham, New York.
