Wisconsin K–12 teachers are invited to unwind and connect during an evening filled with art, creativity, and camaraderie. Enjoy the chance to explore new exhibitions, engage in hands-on art making, and share meaningful conversations with fellow educators.

Wisconsin K–12 teachers receive free admission to this event and the Museum year-round.

Lineup

Check-In and Cheers 4:30–5:30 p.m. | Stop by the check-in table near the main entrance to pick up your free drink ticket for the pop-up bar in Windhover Hall. Complimentary parking passes are also available.

Welcome Message 5:30–5:45 p.m. | Gather in the Milwaukee Room to hear from Sarah Ozurumba, manager of school and teacher programs, who will guide you through the evening’s experiences.

Exhibition Exploration 5:45–6:15 p.m. | Join the Satellite teen interns in the exhibition Currents 39: LaToya M. Hobbs, Carving Out Time for a discussion exploring the themes and topics present in the work.

Activities and More 6:15–7:30 p.m. | Fill the rest of your evening with one or more activities. In the Milwaukee Room, snack on complimentary appetizers and enjoy a hands-on printmaking project. Join the Haberman Local Luminaries event in the True Story photography exhibition and hear local voices reflect on the works. And wander the collection and exhibition galleries, including Robert Longo: The Acceleration of History.
