Prospective Volunteers

Volunteers are a vital part of the Milwaukee Art Museum. Our volunteers support daily Museum operations and contribute to visitor experience. Volunteer responsibilities include:

• Greeting visitors
• Offering navigational assistance
• Distributing and collecting audio guides
• Collecting surveys
• …and More!

Volunteer Requirements

Museum membership is required to apply for a volunteer position. After a brief introduction and on-site training, volunteers serve a minimum of 8 hours each month for at least one year. Prospective volunteers are encouraged to attend an information session before applying. For more information, contact 414-224-3893 or volunteer@mam.org.
