Parent-Artist and Children Luncheon: “Carving Out Time”
September 7, 11:30 am–12:45 pm
Milwaukee Room
Parents and caregivers who are artists or makers are invited to a luncheon with artist LaToya M. Hobbs and her family. During this multigenerational hang, enjoy a family-friendly meal as we swap joys, opportunities, and strategies for creative parenting, hearing from children and elders alike.
Directly after the luncheon, join us for the 1 p.m. Artist Talk with LaToya M. Hobbs, whose artworks are on view now in Currents 39: LaToya M. Hobbs, Carving Out Time.
This event is included with Museum admission and requires a reservation. RSVP at community@mam.org. The food at this event contains gluten and may have been prepared near nuts, so please be aware of potential cross-contamination.
The Milwaukee Art Museum is grateful to its exhibition sponsors.
