Bring cupid into your favor and treat your Valentine to a romantic evening at the Milwaukee Art Museum. Share a complimentary champagne toast and a delicious meal specially prepared by Café Calatrava Executive Chef Josh Stefanko and his staff. Couples will depart with a rose and are invited to continue their evening with an intimate group tour of treasures in the Museum’s Collection, including works by some of the world’s great romantic artists.

The three-course dinner is prix fixe, including taxes and gratuity; a selection of wines thoughtfully paired with your menu will be available for an additional cost. Make your pre-paid reservation today.

Lobster Bisque
Tarragon, crème fraiche, blue cheese toast points.

Director’s Salad
Butter lettuce, spiced pecans, blue cheese, Asian pears, dried cranberries and cherries, citrus vinaigrette.

Pan-seared Maple Leaf Duck Breast
Balsamic-port butter sauce, shaved fennel and orange relish, toasted pistachios.

Second Course

Pea and Mint Risotto
Seared Swiss chard, roasted garlic, baby beets, leek sauce.

Beef Tenderloin
Yellowfoot chanterelle mushrooms, port-braised cipollini onions, twice-baked potato, blue cheese butter.

Poached Chicken Breast
Egg noodles, green beans, chervil, Riesling cream.

Sun-Dried Tomato Encrusted Opah
Garlic-crisped broccoli, celeriac mash, blood-orange vanilla-bean butter sauce.


Flourless Chocolate Cake
Candied hazelnuts, Grand Marnier, and orange zest anglaise.
