Travel with us to the Art Institute of Chicago to see Magritte: The Mystery of the Ordinary, 1926–1938. This exhibition highlights some of the Belgian artist’s early and most experimental work, as he sought to make the familiar unfamiliar. See over one hundred paintings, collages, drawings, and objects, along with a selection of photographs, periodicals, and early commercial work. After a morning lecture on the exhibition, the afternoon is yours to explore the exhibition and the rest of the museum, lunch at local restaurants, and shop area stores.
Cost: $65 per person (includes transportation, admission, lecture)
