Celebrate 60 years of the Lakefront Festival of Art! A summertime tradition, the three-day event brings together established and emerging artists with festivalgoers of all ages at the Milwaukee Art Museum’s lakeside campus.

With 30 more artist booths this year, there’s even more to explore and enjoy. Discover and purchase one-of-a-kind art from 145 jury-selected artists from across the country and Wisconsin; enjoy live performances by local acts; dine on delicious food; relax in the wine and beer gardens; and try your hand at fun art projects.

Festival admission includes access to the Museum—stop in to explore the galleries and join a drop-in tour.

Tickets

  • Receive free Lakefront Festival of Art admission when you join or renew your Museum membership at the entrance gate.
  • Buy tickets online for a discounted rate. Online ticket sales close on June 12, at 5 p.m.
  • Tickets include access to Lakefront Festival of Art and the Milwaukee Art Museum.
General admission $27 (online advance ticket $22)
Museum Members $10 (Member kids under 18 are free)
Seniors (65+), students, military $20

Discounted festival admission

Members enjoy specially priced admission to LFOA: Member adult tickets are $10 and Member kids under 18 get in free. Simply show your membership card at the festival gates—advance tickets aren't needed.

Join or renew* your Museum membership at the festival entrance gate and enjoy these special perks:

  • Individual ($75) level: Free admission for one.
  • Family/Dual ($115) level and above: Free admission for two and two complimentary drink vouchers

Friday morning free admission

Members at the Art Advocate ($250) level and above enjoy free festival admission and a complimentary beverage when they visit between 10 a.m. and noon on Friday, June 13.

Silent auction

Support the Museum while collecting something truly special! The silent auction features an array of unique works generously donated by participating artists—including Emma Daisy who created this year’s original poster art. Bids will be accepted throughout the weekend until the auction closes on Sunday afternoon.

LFOA boutique

Commemorate 60 years of creativity with a keepsake from the Lakefront Festival of Art! This year’s collection includes exclusive items showcasing the vibrant work of 2025 Poster Artist Emma Daisy, whose joyful, colorful designs capture the spirit of the festival.

Parking

The Calatrava Underground Parking Garage is closed during Lakefront Festival of Art. Parking is $20 at the Museum Center Park garage. Members receive a 20% discount on parking.

The Milwaukee Art Museum and Friends of Art (FOA) do not receive any part of the proceeds from the sale of artwork at Lakefront Festival of Art. All art sales are strictly between the patron and the exhibitor, and because the Museum/FOA are not part of the transaction, they have no responsibility for the sale. Although FOA cannot resolve problems related to sales transactions, they are interested in your feedback and would like to know if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your purchase.
