My favorites would have to be the Kandinsky pieces. I’m really into abstract art just because it is so different from what I do personally as a realism artist. I think it’s really interesting to see how other people can think and work.

My first experience [at the Museum] was on a field trip with my high school. I had never been here before, and I thought it was really interesting to see just how many works of art and different people came to the Museum. I think that that was really inspiring, and it kind of made me want to pursue art more.

The Museum is my place for creativity. I think that even when I’m in the worst art slump ever, I can come to the Museum and find something that’ll inspire me and spark that interest to create something.
