Teacher Orientation and In-services

Teacher Orientations
Become familiar with the Milwaukee Art Museum’s student and teacher programs and resources. The Museum offers a rich variety of programs and resources designed for preschool through high school students and teachers. These programs introduce works of art and methods for teaching with objects, explore interdisciplinary curriculum applications, and support State and/or District Model Academic Standards. Our staff will introduce your teachers to the Museum’s school and teacher programs and highlight programs and resources specific to your school’s or district’s goals.

There is no fee for teacher orientations; groups of 5, minimum. A docent-guided or self-guided tour may be booked after the 30-minute teacher orientation for $2 per person; groups of 10, minimum. For more information about teacher orientations, contact 414-224-3818 or .
