Admission is free for all individuals, and it includes access to\u00a0<a title=\"exhibition homepage\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mam.org\/color-rush\" target=\"_blank\"><em>\u00a0Color Rush: 75 Years of Color Photography in America<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to be able to offer this opportunity to our visitors,\u201d said Museum director Daniel Keegan. \u201cSince the program started, over 30,000 people have participated in Target Free First Thursdays. <em>Color Rush<\/em>\u00a0is currently on view,\u00a0as well as a new special exhibition on Veterans&#8217; reflections on war, which I encourage everyone to experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Color Rush<\/em>\u00a0explores the development of color photography from its first commercial availability in 1907 until its acceptance as status quo in 1981. The exhibition includes over 200 objects such as photographs, slide shows, video, autochromes, magazines, advertisements, and more.<\/p>\n<p>Opening on Thursday, April 4 is\u00a0<em><a title=\"Exhibition information \" href=\"http:\/\/mam.org\/exhibitions\/details\/veterans-book-project.php\" target=\"_blank\">The Veterans Book Project: Objects for Deployment<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em> This emotionally-powerful exhibition comprises a library of books that artist Monica Haller created in collaboration with veterans and others with experiences of the American wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">All veterans receive free Museum admission every day during the run of the exhibition, through September 2, 2013<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Target Free First Thursdays provides all Museum visitors with free admission on the first Thursday of each month.
