Inspire your practice in November with a special Yoga @ the Museum, presented by The Milwaukee Art Museum and omTownYogis. On the third Saturday of the month, Yoga @ the Museum will be transformed into the Milwaukee Global Mala, a yoga practice for peace and community.
Practice will take place under the wings of the Museum in Windhover Hall, and we will flow together under the guidance of not one, not two, but EIGHT of your favorite local yoga teachers who have led this year’s Yoga @ the Museum practices. Our teachers include Claire Stillman, Elise Krause, Ryan Hader, Myra De La Paz, Casandra Barnes, Meg Galarza, Pamela Grubb, and Pamela Bliss. You'll be guided through 54 rounds of movement, both gentle and active, in a supportive Salutation Flow, and the event will finish with a beautiful mantra meditation with Claire Stillman and Pamela Bliss. It’s the must-attend yoga event of the season!
Pre-register today and reserve your spot-with-a-view with a $15 donation, which also includes free same-day admission into the Museum. Walk-ins welcome while there is space available. Show up early the first 100 yogis will receive a complimentary Make-a-Mala kit from omTown Yogis, so you can make your own custom meditation bracelet!
This class is open to people of all ages and abilities. Please bring a mat. Doors open at 7:30 AM and practice begins at 8:15 AM. Parking will also be available for $5 in the Museum's underground garage. See you there!
