10 AM–4 PM
Celebrate life as we remember the dead during this annual holiday! The cultural festivities include Latin American music, hands-on art activities, family tours, performances, demonstrating artists, and more. Make an ofrenda (offering) to a colorful communal altar, and then make some new connections to art in the Museum's Collection. Latino Arts Mariachi Juvenil performs at 1:30 p.m., and art activities will include Memory Cards, Papel Picado, Skeleton Dolls, and Face Painting! And, McKinley Middle School of Racine will display some fabulous Day of the Dead themed art!
