Gallery Talk: “Nobody’s Watching” by Klassik

April 3, 2022, 2:00 pm3:00 pm

Lubar Auditorium and Museum galleries

Join Milwaukee artist Klassik for a screening and in-depth exploration of “Nobody’s Watching,” an original work he wrote, produced, and performed in response to Rashid Johnson’s Untitled Anxious Audience.

“Nobody’s Watching” is the inaugural video for Spotlight Sessions, a virtual series featuring an artist or local luminary interpreting or responding to an artwork in the Museum’s collection. This series captures the unique perspective an artist brings to either their own or another’s work of art, broadening the experience of a painting, sculpture, or other selected work.

This drop-in experience is included with Museum admission. Come prepared for your visit by reserving Museum tickets in advance.

Spotlight Sessions is supported by funds from the Herzfeld Foundation, Daniel M. Soref Charitable Trust, and the Eugene & Ruth Freedman Family Foundation.
