STARTERS
Crabcakes - celery root remoulade, smoked paprika sauce
Beef carpaccio - truffle, shaved parmesan, fried arugula
Mussels - white wine chorizo and frites
Salad - baby lettuces, crumbled white cheddar, champagne vinaigrette

ENTREE
Braised beef cheeks - celery root puree, frisee, mustard
Risotto - local mushrooms, truffle, mascarpone
Duck breast - potato dauphinoise, chicory, cherry glace sauce
Pan-roasted sole - crab-crushed pink potato, grenoble sauce

DESSERT
Trio of chocolate
Mini pavlova with lime curd and berries
Poached strawberries, with mint and champagne
