Bring your family and be among the first to tour the three new spaces that make up the Kohl’s Education Center! Pick up a V.I.P. Pass as you begin your tour of the Kohl’s Art Generation Gallery, Lab, and Studio, and earn a special prize pack of art supplies. Discover how art history inspires Disney/Pixar and DreamWorks artists in the gallery exhibition, Animation: Art Goes to the Movies, and try your hand at making your own stop motion movie. X-ray a painting in the lab, and vote for your favorite work of art. Get creative making hands-on art projects in the studio. And stop by the photo booth to pose for a family picture! Accidental Genius: Art from the Anthony Petullo Collection

Pick up a Family Guide and explore over 150 bright, bold, and colorful drawings, paintings, and objects by many of the most important American and European self-taught artists, including Bill Traylor, Henry Darger, and Anna Zemankova. This singular exhibition celebrates the significant gift of works by Milwaukee collector Anthony Petullo to the Museum, establishing the Museum as the leading institution for self-taught art.
