Kohl’s Art Generation Family Sundays: The Gift of Art

Celebrate the spirit of the holidays together as a family—through art! Take part in hands-on art activities inspired by the Impressionism: Masterworks on Paper exhibition and make your very own creations to keep or to give as gifts. Meet two artists active in Wisconsin, painter Diana Budde and collage artist Randel Plowman, explore the Museum’s Collection on a family-friendly tour, and enjoy the sounds of the season. Kohl’s Art Generation Open Studio: Painting and Drawing
SUNDAYS, DEC 11 AND 18, 10 AM–4 PM Additional Open Studio Hours: Tues–Sat, Dec 27–31, and Sun, Jan 1, 10 AM–4 PM
Discover some of the many ways to make a painting or drawing. Try out different kinds of paint, painting on unusual surfaces, and making crayon-resist pictures. Also, add to a colorful mural that changes week by week! Free with Museum admission.
