Examine the legacy of Jens Jensen, an influential designer of landscapes at the turn of the 20th century, during a lecture led by Stephen McCarthy, American Society of Landscape Architects.

Best known for his natural landscapes as part of the Prairie School movement, Jensen designed spaces with emphasis on native plants and careful spatial composition, attention to the play of light and shadow, and naturalistic rock work and water features inspired by the native Midwest landscape.
