Hear from fine arts curator, editor, and writer Anne Vogel in the presentation: "The Flower in Art: A Motif Connecting Four Centuries of Western Art." Attend the lecture alone, or join the Museum's Garden Club for the full event.
Join the Milwaukee Art Museum's Garden Club on an odyssey from seventeenth-century illuminated manuscripts and herbals to the floral form on paper, panel, canvas, silver, porcelain, and fabric; to the evolution of the floral still life and the abstractions of modern artists including Emil Nolde, Georgia O'Keeffe, and Imogen Cunningham.
