Treat yourself to a day trip to see the lush and beautifully manicured gardens at Mettawa Manor and the Chicago Botanical Gardens—and leave the driving to us! Owners of Mettawa Manor, Donna LaPietra and Bill Kurtis, will treat us to a private tour of their 69-acre estate. Then relax on the tram at the Chicago Botanical Gardens during a narrated tour. Afterwards, expert garden docents will break us into small groups for a 35-minute walking tour, highlighting the gardens in bloom. We will lunch together, and then the rest of the afternoon is yours to explore until we board the bus for home.
Cost: $75 (includes transportation, lunch, garden admission, all tours)
Space is limited. Reserve your spot today by calling 414-224-3284.
This trip is a benefit of membership for those at the Art Advocate level ($175) and above.
